I don't normally leave reviews but this company is worthy of an outstanding review - we have done several moves and Cairns Coast provided the best and most affordable service we've encountered. From Laney's attentive, friendly and very responsive manner in the office, to the professional, hardworking and efficient work from the blokes who did our pack and unpack, we were very impressed. Thank you guys - when we find our forever house we will definitely be using your services again!

I was extremely happy with Cairns Coast Removals. They are a very professional company, with experienced staff from the manager, the office staff and the removalists. Nothing was too much trouble and even though some of the furniture was very heavy they always had a smile. Everything was packed in very carefully and arrived safely. At the destination the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble even if we changed our minds and wanted something shifted. The quote was very fair and was kept to. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The level of professionalism from initial quote right through to the end of the move was second to none. The team moved my 4 bedroom family within the Cairns area and the team were prompt, efficient, consulted me whenever they weren't sure about an item, and absolutely nothing was a problem for them; including my very large solid timber dining table and Nordic cross-trainer. The team were all smiles to the end. I will definitely use this company in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

Cannot recommend this company enough!! Amazing to deal with, super efficient and did it all with fantastic customer service from the wonderful girls in the office to the Removalist’s for both the pickup and delivery. Made the move home to Cairns a breeze! Special shout out to Olivia who went above and beyond to accommodate the delivery. Every worry or concern melted away with her professional attitude and willingness to go above and beyond! You guys are amazing :-)

My wife and I used Cairns Coast Removals to relocate from Cairns to Victoria. Everything from the office staff to the removalist guys were nothing short of professional. Our furniture and possessions were so well packed that on arrival nothing had shifted in the container at all. These guys even watered our plants. Fantastic job guys!

Highly recommend this company. I had several quotes for a local move and they were by far the cheapest and easiest to deal with. Very friendly from first contact with Olivia in the office, then the boys arriving on time and being gentle with home furnishings and personal items in boxes. This is really a professional, trustworthy and exceptional moving business. Not only did they pack up our furniture and valuables without us being there, but they moved all.our goods directly from Canberra to Cairns with no fuss and on time. Everything was carefully packed with blankets and consideration of its fragility, and when delivered even the most fragile of all items was not damaged. I really couldn't believe how the team achieved such a great result, and at all times were extremely friendly and considerate. At destination, goods had to be moved up a steep 50 meter driveway and then up stairs to the 1st floor. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a removalist.

Trent and Michael were AHHHHMAZING! They were more helpful than I was expecting anyone to be, they really bent over backwards and broke their backs for me and I really enjoyed spending the morning with them. i used Mitch and his team to relocate from the sunshine coast to cairns, they were prompt reliable and the no breakage guarantee was the clincher for me as my children have some sentimental items i did not want broken in the move, The price was reasonable and they were quick and efficient during the actual move day. I am pleased to report they stood true on the guarantee and nothing at all from a whole house full of stuff with many breakables, NOTHING was broken,nor did any boxes go missing, amazed and would happily use this company again

My wife and I moved from Melbourne to Mossman/FNQ, and Mitch and his crew were complete legends. Arrived on time, delivered a day early, and nothing was damaged or missing. Mitch and the boys went the extra mile on even the smallest detail, and they were hilarious, which made 4,000km of stress so much easier to manage. We could not recommend them enough, if there was an eleventy star I would choose that instead of 5, as no real number is good enough.

Came around told us how much stuff we exactly have ,a quote within a day (great price). Moved us out of a 2 story house with stairs and in to the new house with nothing broken or bruised.
