Extremely happy with the way Mitch and team moved me. Highly efficient and organised and would definitely recommend. They were very careful with my large and very heavy marble temple dogs and all my big pots with plants. They were most helpful moving them into place in my new place as well as all my furniture. My wife and I moved from Melbourne to Mossman/FNQ, and Mitch and his crew were complete legends. Arrived on time, delivered a day early, and nothing was damaged or missing. Mitch and the boys went the extra mile on even the smallest detail, and they were hilarious, which made 4,000km of stress so much easier to manage. i used Mitch and his team to relocate from the sunshine coast to cairns, they were prompt reliable and the no breakage guarantee was the clincher for me as my children have some sentimental items i did not want broken in the move, The price was reasonable and they were quick and efficient during the actual move day. Trent and Michael were AHHHHMAZING! They were more helpful than I was expecting anyone to be, they really bent over backwards and broke their backs for me and I really enjoyed spending the morning with them. Don't believe the hype. They came (on time), they saw (and did the move), unfortunately they damaged (Google is not not allowing uploaded photos at this point in time) and flatly refused to take responsibility for the damage caused in transit. On that basis unable to give more than one star. The damage was minimal, however it was the total shirking of any responsibility for damage in transit that grates. I can not recommend this company, and suggest you avoid them until some changes are made concerning liability.

This is really a professional, trustworthy and exceptional moving business. Not only did they pack up our furniture and valuables without us being there, but they moved all.our goods directly from Canberra to Cairns with no fuss and on time. Everything was carefully packed with blankets and consideration of its fragility, and when delivered even the most fragile of all items was not damaged. I really couldn't believe how the team achieved such a great result, and at all times were extremely friendly and considerate. We even got to have a few laughs in between unloading 😁Only 1 small tear on bottom of our dining chair, and a small plate broken.
